"A Different Way Forward"
Why did I start this project?
As I look at our world and seeing such a great deal of suffering, be it mental health induced by issues of identity, purpose and meaning coupled the ever-increasing division between people, groups, politics etc. people and companies alike existing without any real purpose beyond acquisition and consumption.
What is the solution? Taking on the ancient and at times paradoxical worldview, one where life is built around relationships (participation), teleology (belief), and virtue (doing good for goodness sake); this is what I would describe as our Vocation, and living into our Vocation is the solution to the problems of modernity. It is through restoring these relationships we may find ourselves re-engaged in life with identity and purpose.
My Mission
To provide a different perspective, regarding our vocation, that is our purpose, identity, and reality. That seeing life through a different lens we may acquire the resilience needed to move boldly towards an increasingly uncertain future.
My Vision
Restore our relationship to vocation, where everyone has a role and a place in this world:
I believe that no one is an accident and there are no coincidences, we are all here for a reason and we all have a place and role to play. My hope is that through alignment of purpose, identity and personal realities that everyone may find their place in the world and with-it peace. What could be referred to as congruence.
Just as with a mosaic if you move a tile out of place the image is distorted, so too the same is true for when people are out of alignment.
